The UA845 is a UHF active wireless directional antenna with a dual-pole logarithmic array. In contrast to the ½-wavelength omnidirectional antenna, the UA845's heart-shaped pickup mode receives signals from a predetermined coverage area more effectively and more effectively rejects RF signals outside the coverage area.
To compensate for signal loss on the coaxial cable, the UA845's on-board amplifiers provide user-selectable 3 or 10dB gain. The gain setting has two LED indicators. The antenna amplifier is powered by a long-range 12V DC power supply and is supplied by the UA845 antenna distribution system via a coaxial cable. The UA845 can be mounted on a microphone holder suspended from the ceiling. The swivel adapter bracket mounts to the wall. UA845 can withstand the impact of bad weather, suitable for outdoor use. Use two UA845 antennas for best diversity performance.
